Position Summary
The Clinical Laboratory Technologist will provide support in Immunohistochemical Laboratory (IHC). The incumbent’s responsibilities will include staining a wide range of clinical and research tissues using automated and manual IHC techniques. Demonstrate independent technical judgement. Maintains positive patient specimen identification throughout all phases of testing, utilizing the Laboratory Information System (LIS) and related protocols. Verifies specimen identity and reports discrepancies immediately following laboratory policy.
