About the Role The Technical Supervisor is responsible for the technical and administrative management of the chemistry laboratory and related areas, including general chemistry assays and immunoassays, hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, and specimen processing. This role operates under the direction of the Administrative Director and the Medical Director to ensure high-quality lab operations.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical supervision for the chemistry laboratory, including general chemistry assays and immunoassays, hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, and specimen processing.
- Collaborate with Administrative Director and Medical Director to maintain compliance, quality control, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee staff and laboratory operations as assigned.
- Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a clinical laboratory setting with technical and administrative supervision.
- Knowledge of chemistry assays and immunoassays, hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, and specimen processing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under the direction of Administrative Director and Medical Director.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $100,700.00 - $116,100.00 per year
