About the Role The Clinical Lab Assistant at TriCore Reference Laboratories supports independent work with minimal supervision and may perform multiple modalities. What You'll Do
- Perform duties in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain supplies and inventory necessary to perform departmental functions.
- Observe students and/or new staff as needed.
- Demonstrate problem solving skills to ensure exceptional patient care and service levels.
- Manage hospital communication responsibilities, including on-call duties during scheduled hours by location.
