About the Role
Join Aledade as a clinical informaticist on the product management team, shaping how clinical data from EHRs and health information exchanges is captured, standardized, and made actionable for population health, quality measures, and value-based care across thousands of primary care practices. This role sits at the intersection of clinical knowledge and data engineering to ensure data is accurate, standardized, and actionable.
What You'll Do

Validate data quality across vendor pipelines and ensure accurate mapping to standardized terminologies.

Translate complex clinical concepts into precise data specifications for the clinical data integration platform.

Collaborate with engineers, product managers, data scientists, and clinical operations teams to build and maintain the platform supporting population health management, quality measure reporting, and value-based care programs.

Support quality measure accuracy and serve as the clinical subject matter expert for cross-functional initiatives including AI-assisted clinical data extraction.

Contribute to data modeling, data quality rules, and terminology governance across vendor data pipelines.

What We're Looking For

Deep clinical data fluency and understanding of clinical concepts in primary care.

Investigative mindset with the ability to translate clinical concepts into precise data specifications.

Experience validating data quality across vendor pipelines and mapping data to standardized terminologies (e.g., SNOMED CT, LOINC).

Ability to collaborate with engineers, product managers, data scientists, and clinical operations.

Experience with EHR data integrations and health information exchanges is a plus.

Passion for population health, quality measurement, and value-based care.
