Job title: Clinical Field Specialist
About the Role The Clinical Field Specialist will join our Women's Health sales team and drive revenue growth and market expansion by directly engaging with MFMs, OB/GYNs, and genetic counselors in Tucson, Yuma, and surrounding areas. The role focuses on building strong relationships, and developing and executing strategic business plans to accelerate revenue growth, while providing clinical expertise, educational support, and hands-on training for technical product applications.
What You'll Do
- Drive revenue growth and market development through direct sales to MFMs, OB/GYNs, and Genetic Counselors in the assigned territory (Tucson, Yuma and surroundings).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers; develop and execute strategic business plans to accelerate revenue growth.
- Provide clinical expertise, educational support, and hands-on training on technical product applications for established and newly launched products.
- Support product launches and ongoing product education within Women’s Health portfolio.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in clinical field sales or related healthcare environment, with ability to engage MFMs, OB/GYNs, and genetic counselors.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, plan strategically, and drive revenue growth.
- Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide education and hands-on training on product applications.
- Willingness to travel within the territory (Tucson, Yuma and surrounding area) as needed.
