Job title: Clinical Educator

About the Role The Clinical Educator is responsible for oversight of the quality of clinical services provided by Medigas through development and delivery of clinical training content and monitoring of clinical assessments to enable employees to reach the clinical quality, safety and competence expectations. They collaborate with the District Managers and the National Clinical Services Manager to develop content that helps build the skills and knowledge of Medigas employees, sourcing best practices from internal and external sources. Training can be online, in classrooms, or in-person sessions within facilities.

What You'll Do

  • Create and deliver clinical training materials tailored to organizational needs, including onboarding and ongoing training modules
  • Work closely with the National Clinical Services Manager and District Managers to prioritize and coordinate training programs across the region
  • Identify best practices and ensure they are shared and implemented throughout the team
  • Oversee clinical quality by regularly reviewing documentation and, when needed, conducting joint sessions with clinical staff to provide guidance and feedback
  • Keep detailed records of all training activities, attendance, assessments, and any retraining required
  • Evaluate training program effectiveness by gathering feedback, running assessments, and using surveys to inform improvements

What We're Looking For

  • You are a Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse with current registration; LPN or RPN registration is also accepted
  • Bring at least five years of related experience, including respiratory homecare
  • Clear and confident communicator; strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong presentation skills; ability to engage and inform your audience
  • Ability to evaluate and research training options; design and implement effective training materials
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and a results-driven approach
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to client and personal safety at all times; maintain client confidentiality; leadership

Nice to Have

  • LPN or RPN registration accepted (optional/preferred)
