About the Role Clinical Education Program Coordinator is responsible for the daily operations of the clinical clerkship, planning and organizing each clerkship rotation, and managing elective offerings. The role requires collaboration in a fast-paced environment to create a supportive learning climate that helps medical students meet program objectives while ensuring alignment with curricular goals, policies, and standards of the clinical curriculum, department, and medical school. What You'll Do
- Oversee daily operations of the clinical clerkship and management of elective offerings.
- Plan and organize each clerkship rotation throughout the academic year.
- Collaborate with faculty and administrators to ensure curricular goals, policies, and standards are met.
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information and support a positive learning environment for students.
- Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communications with students and advisors. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of related experience, OR Associate's degree with at least 5 years of related experience, OR high school diploma/equivalent with at least 7 years of related experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working and mentoring relationships.
- Ability to handle confidential and/or sensitive information.

- Salary: $18.50 USD per hour (minimum hourly rate).
