This role focuses on combining AI-powered note generation with clinical oversight to ensure accuracy, thoroughness, and usability of notes across workflows.
What You'll Do
- Support real-time capture of patient encounters and transform them into structured, billable notes, enabling seamless syncing to the EHR.
- Collaborate with Clinical Operations to verify note quality—precision, consistency, and clinical relevance—across a multi-layered AI approach.
- Enhance diagnosis specificity and coding accuracy at the point of care to strengthen note quality and revenue capture while reducing errors and manual effort.
- Provide instant insights and patient summaries within clinicians' workflows to support decision-making and efficient care.
What We're Looking For
- Interest or experience in AI-assisted clinical documentation and revenue-cycle optimization.
- Understanding of clinical terminology, coding concepts, and EHR workflows.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams including Clinical Operations to uphold high standards of note precision and usability.
