About the Role Join Medpace's Clinical Coding & Support team as a full-time, office-based Clinical Data Review Associate focused on Infectious Disease, Renal, and Rare Disease therapeutic areas. You will review clinical data from trials, help develop review guidelines, and collaborate with the Data Management team to resolve queries. This role leverages nursing expertise to support clinical trial data integrity. What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive manual review of clinical data collected in trials.
- Develop clinical review guidelines for specific therapeutic areas (Infectious Disease, Cardiology, Oncology, Endocrine).
- Interface with Data Management team to ensure timely query resolution.
- Specialize in therapeutic areas including Infectious Disease, Cardiology, Oncology, and Endocrine.
- Maintain a stable schedule with no weekends, no work on Medpace holidays, and a flexible work schedule. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's of Science in Nursing; RN required.
- 3-4 years of nursing experience.
- 1-2 years of specific therapeutic experience (e.g., cardiology, infectious disease, oncology, endocrine).
- General knowledge of clinical trial processes and/or experience working with clinical data.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel. Nice to Have
