About the Role Join Medpace's Data Management team in Cincinnati, OH as an office-based Clinical Data Intern for Fall 2026. The role supports data management activities, including validating database designs, reporting metrics, resolving data conflicts, and documenting study workstreams. This internship provides exposure to cross-site data reconciliation and teamwork on multiple projects. What You'll Do
- Validate entry database designs
- Report metrics and data trends on projects
- Identify data conflicts and issues on projects
- Work with personnel from global research sites to resolve data conflicts
- Reconcile data from multiple sources
- Create and update study documentation on projects
- Participate as part of a team on various projects What We're Looking For
- Working towards a Bachelor's Degree in a Life Science or Health related field
- Strong attention to detail and experience in Excel and Word required
