About the Role Medpace is seeking a full-time, office-based Clinical Data Coordinator to join its Data Management team in Cincinnati, OH. This role involves collaborating on tasks and projects essential to the company's success, with a dedicated Data Management Training & Development program to support new hires and ongoing growth. What You'll Do
- Validate entry database designs
- Report metrics and data trends on projects
- Identify data conflicts and issues on projects
- Work with personnel from global research sites to resolve data conflicts
- Reconcile data from multiple sources
- Create and update study documentation on projects
- Participate as part of a team on various projects What We're Looking For
- PharmD or PhD required
- Bachelor's degree in Life Science or related field with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, ability to prioritize and multitask effectively, and experience with Excel and Word
- Previous experience working with research and statistical data is preferred, ideally in a pharmaceutical or CRO setting Nice to Have
