About the Role Clinical coordinators manage, supervise, and support treatment teams, develop and maintain community partnerships, and advocate for clients. This role provides direct support to the Clinical Director and Chief Clinical Officer and contributes to program goals at The Center for Children & Families. What You'll Do
- Supervise staff, coordinate services, and develop partnerships.
- Support treatment teams, manage client referrals, and advocate for client needs.
- Assist the Clinical Director and Chief Clinical Officer with program operations and improvement. What We're Looking For
- Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), counseling, or social work.
- Licensure as a mental health professional or currently pursuing licensure.
- Approved supervisor status or actively pursuing it.
- Strong communication, integrity, and supervisory skills. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $50,000-$60,000 annually
- Location: Monroe, LA (onsite)
- Full-time, exempt
