Job title: Clinical Communications Analyst
About the Role The Clinical Communications Analyst is a seasoned clinical applications professional responsible for developing and supporting UCSF's clinical communications, primarily for Voalte users across UCSF and its clinics including BCH Oakland Campuses. Under the Clinical Communications Lead, this role provides supervision and technical assistance and collaborates with clinical and business customers, IT groups, external departments, vendors and consultants. It also serves as the primary contact with the field services group and directly assists with hardware. This is a hybrid onsite position with onsite days to be 5 days Mon-Fri unless otherwise approved by supervisor.
What You'll Do
- Provide supervision and technical assistance in the development and support of clinical communications, primarily at UCSF and its clinics.
- Work closely with various teams to provide best-in-class service to Voalte users; interacts with clinical and business customers, IT groups, external departments, vendors and consultants.
- Serve as a primary contact with the field services group and directly assist with hardware.
- Manage complex assignments that are small to large, requiring independence, decision-making, project management, and higher judgment beyond Programmer/Analyst II.
- Collaborate with UCSF campuses including BCH Oakland.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a seasoned clinical applications professional capable of supervision and technical assistance in development and support of clinical communications.
- Ability to interact with clinical and business customers, IT teams, vendors and consultants.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid onsite environment with five onsite days per week.
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex assignments with independence, decision-making, and project management beyond Programmer/Analyst II.
