About the Role Logan Health is seeking a Clinical Care Technician (RMA/EMT/Paramedic) to perform general diagnostic radiologic exams and assist providers with specialty exams in outpatient clinics at Base Lodge and West Glacier Clinics. This PRN role combines patient registration, patient care, clinical support, and limited radiology services to support patient experiences and efficient clinic operations. What You'll Do
- Register patients and verify demographic and insurance information.
- Room patients and obtain vital signs.
- Assist providers with patient care and clinic procedures.
- Prepare patients for radiology examinations.
- Perform radiologic examinations within Limited Permit specifications.
- Collect and process specimens as applicable.
- Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and equipment.
- Support efficient clinic operations and exceptional patient experiences. What We're Looking For
- Required – One of the following: Current Montana EMT license; Current Montana Paramedic license; Current Montana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license; Current Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification.
- Additional Requirements: No prior radiology experience required. Logan Health will pay for and support your completion of the required 104-hour board-approved Limited Permit X-Ray training program following hire. Successfully complete the training program and obtain a Limited Permit from the Montana State Board of Radiologic Technologists within four (4) months of hire. RQI Provider (BLS) certification within seven (7) days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care, whichever comes first.
- Previous healthcare, patient care, emergency medical services, or medical office experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, maintaining confidentiality and empathy in all interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software.
- Commitment to high-quality care, integrity, and excellence.
- Current Montana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license is required along with one of the above certifications.
- Current Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification. Compensation & Benefits

- Schedule: PRN; Day shift – 8 hours; Winter Season clinic hours 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Whitefish Mountain Resort) and Summer Season clinic hours 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (West Glacier Clinic).
- Logan Health may provide coverage for training and licensing related to Limited Permit X-Ray; PRN positions may include matching 401(k) and potential shift-based differential.
