Clinical Account Manager – Northwest Indiana

Position Overview
The Clinical Account Manager (CAM) is responsible for launching new hospitals and organic growth of install base of hospitals. The AM will also be responsible for providing on-going medical education to physicians and clinical staff using clinical information as the foundation for growth. This Clinical Account Manager must be based within region, please no remote applicants. This role requires 60%/ 3 days a week travel.
What You'll Do

The role involves driving new and organic growth, expanding use of Ceribell to additional acute or critical care centers within the existing customer base, and working with the local Territory Manager to launch Ceribell at new customer sites. You will drive new product and technology introductions for existing customers, build advocacy and champions within facilities, and use hospital data to validate and build interest. Develop a qualified lead funnel within the existing install base, with regular activities such as formal presentations, peer to peer education, new physician training, and driving physician education. Responsible for upgrades and departmental expansion in the existing install base. Strong project management skills are required to support new account launches.

Clinical Training / Education duties include educating and training physicians, hospital personnel and/or office staff on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products, becoming a clinical expert in use cases of Ceribell and relevant patient populations. Troubleshoot workflow solutions for departments as needed. Partner with clinicians to identify and establish protocols for patients at risk of seizure. Lead clinical teams through training sessions helping them understand workflow and applications.

Reporting and Administration tasks include submitting all required reports and training documentation on a timely basis, using Salesforce.com to manage administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Ceribell policies. This role works cross-functionally to ensure successful deployment of Ceribell products at customer locations and requires the ability to work within a field-based team and a strong partnership with the Territory Manager of the respective region.

What We're Looking For

Three to five years of recent critical care sales experience or five years of medical device or pharma sales experience, or RNs with industry experience in supporting sales teams. Excellent communication, relationship-building, creativity, effective problem-solving, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize strategically. Ability to accurately assess and understand different stakeholder needs, and to align cross-functional agendas to achieve outcomes. Confidence and expertise to challenge the status quo and influence meaningful change through consensus building. Driven and coachable attitude with a desire to succeed, openness to coaching, willingness to accept feedback, and ability to apply new skills to drive measurable change. Demonstrated grit and integrity. Bonus points for startup experience, experience with disruptive technology, medical device experience, neuro ICU clinical experience, or sales experience. Compensation: 100,000 base salary and 180,000 on-target earnings. Compensation range: 100,000—180,000 USD. A candidate’s final salary offer will be based on skills, education, work location and experience, and may differ from the posted range. Compensation may include bonuses consistent with Ceribell’s corporate compensation plan.
