This role is field sales role and requires location in territory. Candidate can be located in Peoria IL to Northwest Indiana.

Position Overview

The Clinical Account Manager (CAM) is responsible for launching new hospitals and organic growth of install base of hospitals. The AM will also be responsible for providing on-going medical education to physicians and clinical staff using clinical information as the foundation for growth.

This Clinical Account Manager must be based within region, please no remote applicants. This role requires 60% travel (3 days a week).

What You'll Do

  • The CAM drives new and organic growth, expands use of Ceribell to additional acute or critical care centers within the existing customer base, collaborates with the local Territory Manager to launch Ceribell at new customer sites, introduces new products and technology to existing customers, builds advocacy and champions within facilities and uses hospital data to validate and build interest. They develop a qualified lead funnel within the existing install base through formal presentations, peer-to-peer education, new physician training, and physician education, and are responsible for upgrades and departmental expansion in the existing install base. They provide strong project management to support new account launches, clinical training and education to inform physicians, hospital personnel and/or office staff on the merits and proper clinical usage of products, become a clinical expert in use cases of Ceribell and relevant patient populations, troubleshoot workflow solutions, partner with clinicians to identify and establish protocols for patients at risk of seizure, lead clinical teams through training sessions to help understand workflow and applications, handle reporting and administration including submitting all required reports and training documentation timely, use Salesforce.com to manage administrative tasks, ensure compliance with applicable laws and Ceribell policies, and work cross-functionally to ensure successful deployment of Ceribell products at customer locations while collaborating with the Territory Manager of the respective region.

  • What We're Looking For

  • Three to five years of recent critical care sales experience or five years of medical device or pharma sales experience or RNs with industry experience in supporting sales teams. Excellent communication, relationship building, creative and effective problem solving, highly organized with ability to prioritize strategically. Ability to assess and understand different stakeholders needs, cross-functional agenda management, and adjust strategy. Confidence and expertise to challenge the status quo and influence meaningful change through consensus building. Driven and coachable, willing to seek coaching, accept feedback and apply new skills. Grit, high integrity. Bonus points: start-up experience or experience with disruptive technology, med device experience, neuro ICU clinical experience, sales experience.
