Job title: Clinic Provider Liaison
About the Role Responsible for fostering and maintaining effective relationships between providers and support staff and the Revenue Cycle Team. This role involves continual interaction and training related to coding, documentation requirements, charge integrity and billing, and coordinating onboarding of new providers, residents and service lines.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with providers and Revenue Cycle team to deliver training on coding, documentation, charge capture, and billing processes.
- Coordinate onboarding of new providers, residents and service lines with management and administration.
- Prepare and distribute reports; monitor CMS guidelines; maintain proficiency in EMR and Billing systems; travel within a 50-mile radius as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field preferred.
- Licensure/Certification: Valid CA driver’s license with clean DMV record; Certified Professional Coder (CPC) from AAPC.
- Experience: Three years collaborating with physicians on patient billing, compliance and EMR usage; two years provider-based coding experience.
- Skills: Coordinate educational sessions; strong understanding of medical insurances, contracts, and provider requirements; proficiency in EMR and billing systems; data analysis; trend analysis; excellent documentation; time management; organizational and communication skills; strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint; willingness to travel.

- Medical office management with emphasis on provider documentation, revenue cycle and reimbursement; benchmark review and reporting; provider education.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $35.42 - $53.80 per hour; 40 hours per week; Full-time.
