Mobility Physiotherapy Clinic is a specialist physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic located in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, committed to delivering high-quality evidence-based physiotherapy services. We are expanding our healthcare partnerships and are seeking an experienced professional to lead our HMO engagement and provider network development.

• You'll lead the team, improve clinic performance, ensure patients receive an exceptional experience and develop relationships with HMO and corporate organizations to create new referral and revenue opportunities.

What you'll be responsible for

• Leading, coaching and holding the team accountable for performance.
• Ensuring patients receive an exceptional experience and complete their plans of care.
• Managing clinic revenue, performance and profitability.
• Improving patient conversion, retention and therapist utilisation.
• Managing clinic systems, processes and day-to-day operations.
• Identifying problems and solving them without waiting to be told what to do.
• Developing and maintaining HMO and corporate organizations
• Building a strong and reliable referral network.
• Monitoring the key numbers that drive the business.
• Reporting performance and opportunities to the owner.

Who we're looking for

You may be a healthcare manager, practice manager, operations manager, sales manager or you may come from a completely different background.

Experience in exactly this role isn't essential.
