About the Role As a Clinic Manager at Fresenius Medical Care, you’ll oversee the daily operations of our outpatient dialysis centers. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team, collaborate with physicians, and drive patient outcomes while ensuring regulatory and safety standards are met. This role combines strong management with hands-on patient care when needed to support the team.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day operations of the outpatient clinic and support services
- Hire, develop, and inspire a multidisciplinary team (PCTs, RNs, and clinic staff) and foster a patient-centered culture
- Collaborate with physicians to develop and monitor care plans and outcomes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards
- Monitor clinic performance, patient flow, and service quality, and implement improvements as needed
- Serve as a leader and mentor, creating a positive, efficient, and compliant clinic environment
What We're Looking For
- Strong management skills with experience in healthcare settings
- Prior direct patient care or clinical experience; dialysis experience is advantageous
- Knowledge of dialysis operations and patient care processes is preferred
- Ability to educate patients and provide excellent customer service
- Leadership, independence, and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Six months to one year of dialysis or critical care nursing experience is required
Nice to Have
- Postgraduate degree or specialization
- Previous experience with nephrology or renal care settings
