About the Role The Clinic Growth Advisor is a remote, client-facing role focused on helping veterinary practices adopt Covetrus technology to drive growth and improve efficiency. You will partner with clinics to optimize workflows, increase platform utilization, and reduce risk while delivering measurable business outcomes and building long-term loyalty. This role travels up to 75% and supports multiple markets. What You'll Do
- Deliver second-level, high-touch engagement to optimize Covetrus platforms and enhance customer experience.
- Conduct proactive wellness checks twice annually in assigned clinics to identify concerns, ensure adoption, and gather feedback.
- Build trust by understanding customer needs, aligning solutions to business goals, and guiding outcomes with Covetrus tools and services.
- Drive measurable outcomes by increasing same-store growth and reducing deactivations.
- Drive platform adoption by guiding customers to leverage proactive prescribing, marketing, and auto-ship features; ensure full utilization.
- Provide consultative support to integrate Covetrus tools into clinic workflows to boost efficiency and growth.
- Help customers understand platform analytics to achieve baseline benchmarks and measurable ROI.
- Collaborate with Veterinary Relationship Managers (VRMs) to identify growth opportunities and upsell opportunities; conduct advanced demos.
- Conduct second-level product demos to deepen understanding and accelerate closes.
- Provide financial insights and payments assistance to optimize financial operations.
- Monitor account health and implement retention strategies to mitigate churn.
- Communicate value and align with business goals; support marketing-related optimization strategies.
- Gather Voice of the Customer data to inform internal strategies and product improvements.
- Serve as a conduit between clinics and product development, service, and data analytics to drive adoption and inform enhancements.
- Contribute to product development needs for our technology suite to optimize outcomes for practices. What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or related field; veterinary education or experience is a plus.
- Experience: 8+ years in a veterinary practice (e.g., Practice Manager) or related industry role; prior account management, customer success, or similar roles in veterinary, healthcare, or technology sectors preferred.
- Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of veterinary industry challenges, trends, and technology solutions.
- Skills: Adaptability and strong problem-solving abilities; experience with objection handling; ability to follow through to solve customer problems and deliver value.
