Job Title: Clinic Assistant - Digital & Content Support

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Description

• GlamPhysician Clinic is hiring a smart, reliable and digitally skilled Clinic Assistant to join our team in Victoria Island, Lagos.

• This is a full-time, on-site position for someone who is confident with smartphone photography, Canva, short-form video editing and social media, while also being willing to support general clinic operations when required.

• Your Responsibilties

You will be responsible for:

• Photographing and filming clinic and educational content
• Assisting the Medical Director during filming and content creation
• Helping with lighting, angles, backgrounds and positioning
• Editing short-form videos and Canva content
• Preparing and uploading approved content
• Supporting consistent social media posting
• Organising the clinic's digital photos, videos and content
• Capturing appropriate content during clinic activities and approved events
• Providing occasional front-desk/reception support
• Welcoming patients and visitors professionally
• Assisting the Clinic Administrative Assistant
• Supporting general clinic and administrative activities when required.

Education

• Minimum of an SSCE/WAEC/NECO or equivalent.

• OND, NCE, HND or Bachelor's degree is an advantage.

• For this role, what you can actually do matters.

• Practical digital skills, visual judgment, initiative, communication, integrity and professionalism will carry significant weight in our selection process.

• Who We Are Looking For

You should already be comfortable with:

• Taking clear, attractive and well-composed photos/videos with a smartphone

• Understanding lighting, framing, angles and composition

• Using Canva confidently

• Editing short-form videos using CapCut or a similar app

• Trimming clips, adding clean text/subtitles and basic audio

• Using Instagram and TikTok, including Reels, Stories, posts and drafts

• Using everyday tools such as Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Google Drive and basic Excel/Google Sheets

• Organising photos, videos and digital files properly

• You should already have these skills. This is not a training-from-scratch role.

• If you're the type of person who naturally explores AI tools, editing apps, Canva features and other digital tools to find smarter ways of getting things done, we'd love to hear from you.
• Experience with AI or other digital productivity/content tools is an advantage.

Important:

• We are not looking for someone to learn Canva, smartphone photography, video editing or social media basics from scratch.
• You should already be comfortable with these skills.
• We will train you on GlamPhysician's visual standards, clinical/aesthetic photography, content workflow, patient confidentiality and clinic procedures.

Location & Availability:

• This is a full-time, on-site position in Victoria Island, Lagos.
• Applicants must be able to commute reliably to Victoria Island and maintain good punctuality.
• The role may occasionally involve approved clinic-related events, media appearances, interviews or content activities outside the clinic.

Salary

N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
