About the Role As a Client Systems Administrator within Epic’s Hosting entity, you'll help deliver Epic software to end users across some of the largest healthcare organizations in the world. You'll configure, maintain, and support the systems that connect clinicians and staff to Epic, ensuring reliable access to the tools they need to provide outstanding care. What You'll Do
- Configure, maintain, and support the systems that connect clinicians and staff to Epic to ensure reliable access.
- Deploy new environments, troubleshoot complex issues, and support production systems.
- Manage application delivery, automate deployments, and debug system-level problems.
- Collaborate with teams across Epic, including developers, implementation staff, technical support, and customers, to design and maintain secure, scalable solutions.
- Build deep expertise in enterprise IT and develop specialized skills in areas like web services, automation, Windows internals, scripting, and application publishing. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, math, physics, MIS, or hard science preferred.
- A history of academic and professional success.
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
- Willingness to travel 1-2 weeks per year.
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
- Relocation to Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
