What You’ll Do

Enter, maintain, and manage broadcast and digital advertising orders while supporting Account Executives throughout campaign setup, execution, and completion.

Monitor campaign delivery, implement updates as needed, and prepare campaign reports and performance recaps to ensure successful client outcomes.

Client Service & Collaboration

Partner with Sales, Traffic, Digital, and other departments to coordinate campaign execution, resolve issues, and maintain accurate client records.

Deliver exceptional service by supporting client communications, preparing proposals and presentations, and proactively identifying solutions to campaign needs.

Technology & Process Improvement

Utilize Microsoft Office, sales systems, and AI-powered productivity tools to improve proposal development, reporting, data accuracy, and workflow efficiency.
