Client Solutions Manager (CPG & Retail) Responsibilities
- Partner with Client Partners to develop and execute integrated advertising strategies that leverage Meta's full suite of ad products to meet client business objectives
- Analyze campaign performance data, audience insights, and market trends to deliver optimization recommendations and drive advertiser return on investment
- Serve as a product consultant to clients and agencies, educating them on Meta's advertising solutions and driving adoption of relevant ad formats, targeting capabilities, and measurement tools
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with client and agency stakeholders across media, creative, and marketing technology functions
- Design and oversee measurement frameworks, including conversion tracking, brand lift studies, and attribution models, to demonstrate the effectiveness of Meta advertising solutions
- Manage budget pacing, campaign delivery, and account health across a portfolio of advertisers, providing real-time optimization guidance
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the book of business by connecting client goals to emerging Meta ad products and platform capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams including product, marketing science, and operations to surface client feedback and influence product development priorities
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects involving campaign setup, policy compliance, and account operations to ensure seamless advertiser experiences
- Develop and present data-driven business reviews and strategic recommendations to client leadership teams to strengthen partnerships and drive long-term revenue growth
Minimum Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in digital advertising, media, marketing consulting, or a related client-facing role
- Experience developing and executing data-driven advertising strategies across performance and brand marketing objectives
- Experience analyzing campaign data and translating insights into actionable recommendations using tools such as Excel, SQL, or comparable analytics platforms
- Experience managing multiple client accounts or projects simultaneously, prioritizing competing deliverables based on impact and deadlines
- Experience communicating advertising strategies and performance results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through written and verbal presentations
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
- Experience with Meta's advertising platform, including campaign management, audience targeting, and measurement solutions such as Meta Pixel, Conversions API, or brand lift studies
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
- Experience using marketing science methodologies such as incrementality testing or media mix modeling to evaluate advertising effectiveness
- Experience working with e-commerce, retail, or direct response advertisers to optimize full-funnel advertising strategies
- Familiarity with ad technology ecosystems including DSPs, DMPs, CRM integrations, and third-party measurement partners
