About this role
Key responsibilities

• act as the primary point of contact for all Hedge Fund transactional queries / issues

• in addition, the Client Services team assists and ensures the necessary escalation on any issues the Hedge Fund may have with UBS as a group to maintain the single brand ethos

• it is the Client Services associate’s role to know their clients, how their company is organized (both internally and geographically)

• the key function is as a frontman for the client – giving the client first point of contact that is abreast of all their issues. For that reason, the Client Services team needs to understand the processes. Also, look to improve inefficiencies between the process and the end trade either to the benefit of the client or to reduce the touch points that break the STP flow
