Client Service Representative – Remote
Pay: $19 – $21 per hour Contract: Full-time Location: Remote, United States Benefits: 401(k), health insurance, paid time off & paid holidays Eligibility Requirement: Strong English communication, attention to detail, Microsoft Office/Excel skills and willingness to learn. Experience with medical records, medical billing or filing is a plus. Schedule: Weekends as needed; must be available to work weekends. Role: Support clients, maintain accurate CRM records, handle documents and processes, and work with teams to deliver excellent client service.
