Client Service Associate - Wealth Management Firm

Responsibilities
- Manage new account openings, account maintenance, and client paperwork
- Process money movements, beneficiary changes, and other account transactions
- Communicate directly with clients to gather information and resolve requests
- Coordinate with custodians and internal teams to ensure timely processing
- Support insurance paperwork and client documentation
- Partner with advisors on day-to-day client service and operations
- Maintain accurate client records and support special projects
Requirements

2-3+ years of client service or operations experience within wealth management, an RIA, or broker-dealer

Series 7 and 66 required

California Life Insurance License or ability to obtain upon joining

Experience with account openings, maintenance, money movement, and client paperwork

Strong client communication and relationship-building skills

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

Independent broker-dealer experience preferred

eMoney or similar financial planning software experience is a plus
