Client Service Associate - $4B+ AUM!

• Jennifer Fukumae with Robert Half Financial Services is partnering with an established East Bay RIA managing $4B+ in AUM to hire a Client Service Associate! You will be supporting Wealth Advisors by servicing clients and providing operational and administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Wealth Advisors.

• Coordinate new client onboarding and account openings/closures.

• Prepare custodian and firm documentation for client signatures.

• Process RMDs, QCDs, ACAT transfers, and client money movements.

• Maintain accurate client records and organized documentation.

• Respond to client inquiries via phone and email.

• Generate performance and ad hoc reports.

• Support quarterly reporting and portfolio review preparation.

• Schedule client meetings and manage assigned tasks.

• Bachelor’s degree.

• 7+ years in client service or operations within an SEC-registered adviser or similar.

• Strong project management with ability to manage multiple initiatives.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
