Job title: Client Relationship Officer
Nestrock Investment Ltd Reports to: Sales Manager
As a client relationship officer at Nestrock Investment Limited, you will report to the sales manager and play a crucial role in our real estate land/plots sales team. You will actively engage with clients and drive sales. Your primary focus will be on land and plot sales, and your ability to build relationships, understand client’s needs, and close deals will be vital to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Generating Personal Leads
- Arrange and take Clients to Site visits
- Create content in Collaboration with digital team
- Generate Sales and build strong relationship with clients, and assist in entire sales process.
- Market Research to stay informed on local land and plot real estate market.
- Documentation and legal Compliance by ensuring client details are entered correctly, and cross-check before submitting to clients.
- Client Relationship Management to new and existing clients.
- Networking and professional development by attending industry events, conferences and networking functions.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in real estate sales
- Demonstrated success managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Proven experience using digital marketing platforms for lead generation
- Knows how to drive, and has a valid driving license.
- Age 23-30 years.
