Job Title: Client Relationship Officer

Job Description
- Manage client communications, respond to inquiries, and provide timely, professional assistance.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Handle client complaints, resolve issues promptly, and escalate complex matters when necessary.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with the company's products and services.
- Maintain accurate client records, communication logs, and relationship management reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve client experience, retention, and service delivery.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure client needs are effectively addressed.
- Support client onboarding, engagement, and follow-up activities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Previous experience in client relations, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management tools.
- Ability to remain professional, patient, and solution-oriented when handling difficult clients.
Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / month.
