About the Role

At AIG, the Client Policy Servicing Representative supports the Operations' Client Policy Servicing (CPS) team in issuing and administering policy documents and servicing tasks. This role helps underwriters address exposures by processing transactions, generating reports, and ensuring timely communication with external and internal clients.

What You'll Do

• Create and/or update client records and create service requests in the system to register all transactions to be processed.
• Generate balance and experience reports for policy renewal process.
• Book in the applicable system all documents received from external (Agencies) and internal (Line of Business) clients as per underwriter's instructions and transmittals.
• Issue and deliver policies/endorsements processed by CPS and Underwriting according to established procedure.
• Process policy maintenance tasks (certificates, cancellation and non-renewal notices, and annulments).
• Ensure proper filing and completeness of the policy and transaction documentation.
• Comply with established Service Level Agreements for issuing tasks and transactions.
• Observe department workflows, procedures and guidelines.
• May make recommendations and participate in efficiency and process improvement projects.
• Maintain constant and timely communication with external and internal clients.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor degree in Business or related field.
• This role suits candidates in the early stages of their career or with some experience in the insurance industry or related responsibilities.
• Language skill: fluent in English and Spanish.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates ability to establish effective working relationships with mid level managers and business partners.
• Able to plan and prioritize own work.
• Analytical skills and detail oriented.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office suite products, especially Word and Excel.
