About the Role Slalom Montréal is seeking an ambitious and experienced Client Partner to lead and grow the firm's presence in the Quebec financial services market. You will manage a $10M+ portfolio, lead long-term, complex project teams, and drive transformation programs while building durable client relationships and shaping Slalom's market identity in Quebec. What You'll Do
- Assume responsibility for a portfolio generating more than $10M in annual revenue.
- Lead long-term, complex project teams of 10+ consultants and ensure engagement and mobilization of staff.
- Drive transformation programs within strategic accounts.
- Achieve a 20% individual utilization target.
- Establish, maintain, and grow Slalom's presence with assigned accounts.
- Develop trusted relationships with VP, SVP and C-Suite clients.
