About this role

About the Role The Client Partner owns the day-to-day client relationship and all elements of delivery, including implementing the strategic vision for the client, delivering against financial targets, and building a trusted relationship with the client. What You'll Do

  • Manage the growth and evolution of multiple client relationships with annual net revenue in the €2–6 million range and lead complex engagements spanning advisory, data management, consulting, and large-scale technology deployments.
  • Lead consulting and multidisciplinary teams in a matrix organization while maintaining strong operational acumen to achieve financial targets.
  • Own overall client satisfaction and drive ongoing growth by delivering high-quality work and cultivating partnerships.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts; provide leadership to cross-functional teams; mentor employees; create opportunities for growth.
  • Engage with executives, manage expectations, reinforce value, and identify cross-sell opportunities; develop engagement approaches to build C-level relationships.
  • Manage all commercial aspects of the client relationship, including contracts, pricing, profitability, and internal revenue and profit forecasting.
  • Plan and forecast revenue to achieve net revenue and margin targets; direct team activities to leverage resources and services.
  • Engage regularly with senior-level client contacts across the business to generate ongoing business-building ideas and collect performance feedback.
  • Develop and drive growth and account plans, processes, and strategies that improve results and expand the account portfolio.
  • Continuously deepen knowledge of the client's business and industry, acting as the client’s first-line consultant.
  • Lead client and capability teams, leveraging resources to ensure productivity, service, communication, and quality in a matrix environment.
  • Plan work, communicate changes, and resolve issues to fulfill commitments for both client and company.
  • Collaborate with the growth team to develop proposals and presentations for new business opportunities.
  • Onboard new client relationships and ensure a highly engaged team staffed with top talent; hire, retain, develop, and motivate talent that earns client trust.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends to proactively sell fit-for-purpose solutions and innovative ideas.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch. What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a digital agency or consulting environment with broad digital consulting including strategy, technology advisory, development, and design.
  • Strong relationship and client management skills with experience in account planning and strategic development.
  • Ability to lead internal and client-facing teams and to work in a fast-changing environment.
  • Strong business acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and pro forma modeling.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, including presentations and client engagement.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to meet high expectations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
