Client Operations Specialist

About the Role The purpose of this role is to support client teams and their clients by providing operational support across the end-to-end client lifecycle—from onboarding through offboarding—along with campaign coordination, budget maintenance, reporting, and audits. What You'll Do

• Supports campaign timelines and delivers operational support in coordination with internal and external partners to ensure that materials are received and distributed correctly, meeting or exceeding client specifications and quality expectations.
• Engages and maintains relationships across Media Operations and key partners across all Media brands.
• Partners with team members and leadership to drive continuous improvement in client and campaign delivery, making processes more effective for clients and the business.
• Ensures client transitions, from onboarding through offboarding, are properly supported and managed.
• Partners with planning brands to provide operational support for client contract and records setup and system maintenance.
• Ensures budget maintenance and utilization is supported through creation and/or tracking of reference requirements (e.g., MPAs) and budget details.
• Maintains client reporting requirements and generates reporting templates in accordance with requirements.
• Supports brand leadership in performing client audits.
• Provides additional operational support as needed. What We're Looking For
• Experience in operational roles supporting end-to-end client lifecycle, including onboarding to offboarding, in a media/advertising environment.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with internal teams and external partners across Media Operations and brands.
• Ability to drive process improvements for client and campaign delivery.
• Experience with budget management, MPAs, and budget details tracking.
• Proficiency in client reporting and template creation.
• Capability to support audits and compliance.
• Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and provide operational support as needed.
