About the Role Support the sales team by turning opportunities into completed orders. This role focuses on building quotes, registering deals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure orders are processed quickly and accurately.
What You'll Do
- Build quotes and register deals to move opportunities toward orders
- Coordinate with internal teams to process orders quickly and accurately
- Support the sales cycle from opportunity to order completion
What We're Looking For
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Experience with IT quoting, VAR environments, or distributors
- Strong communication skills across teams and partners
- Team-first mindset with a focus on overall success, not individual ownership
- Proactive attitude — consistently asking “How can I help?”
- Comfortable asking questions and seeking clarity when needed
- Willingness to step in and support teammates when capacity allows
- Willingness to align to East Coast business hours with strong overlap
