Job Description

Make a measurable impact by helping clients launch essential payments and cash management capabilities with confidence. You’ll partner with stakeholders across sales, product, legal, compliance, operations, and technology to deliver a smooth onboarding journey. We’ll support your growth as you build client management, project coordination, and problem-solving skills. If you enjoy bringing clarity to complex work and keeping teams aligned, this role is a strong fit. Your work will directly shape the client experience from kickoff through go-live.

As a Client Onboarding Analyst within Client Onboarding & Services team, you coordinate onboarding and implementation activities that enable corporate and institutional clients to adopt payments solutions successfully. You act as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned onboarding workstreams, ensuring requirements are captured, milestones are tracked, and issues are resolved efficiently. You partner with regional and global stakeholders to manage dependencies and maintain momentum. You help deliver a consistent, client-centric experience while supporting a strong risk and control environment.

Our team helps clients move from agreement to production by combining disciplined project coordination with thoughtful stakeholder and client communication. You’ll work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment where quality, transparency, and continuous improvement matter. The role offers broad exposure to onboarding activities such as documentation, connectivity setup, testing coordination, and go-live readiness. This role is intended to be for an initial term of 12 months only, however, subject to business needs, the contract may be extended or converted to permanent employment.

  • Partner with sales, product, legal, compliance, operations, and technology teams to align deliverables and implementation milestones
  • Support client testing activities by coordinating schedules, tracking issues, and driving follow-up through resolution
  • Maintain implementation trackers and reporting, highlighting progress, dependencies, and risks
  • Identify onboarding and implementation risks early and escalate with clear context and recommended next steps
  • Contribute to process improvements by capturing lessons learned and proposing practical enhancements
  • Ensure onboarding activities align with regulatory requirements, operational procedures, and risk and compliance standards
  • Build strong partnerships with regional and global stakeholders to support consistent service delivery

  • Professional verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify issues and support resolution efforts
  • High attention to detail with a proactive sense of ownership and accountability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, matrixed environment
  • Understanding of operational risk, controls, and compliance expectations in a regulated environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience supporting client onboarding, implementation, service delivery, transaction banking operations, treasury operations, or know-your-customer (KYC) onboarding activities
  • Knowledge of payments, cash management, transaction banking, treasury services, or cross-border transaction processing
  • Familiarity with connectivity methods and industry standards such as ISO 20022, application programming interfaces (APIs), secure file transfer protocol (SFTP), and SWIFT
