Client Manager - Employee Health & Benefits
The Client Manager - Employee Health & Benefits is responsible for advising clients and carriers on health and welfare plan benefits, preparing RFPs, analyzing utilization and carrier reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. The role involves mentoring benefit analysts, presenting to clients, and resolving benefit-related issues. Candidates must have at least five years’ experience in group health and benefits sales or service, a strong understanding of carrier plans, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred, along with a valid California Life and Disability License and a valid driver’s license. The position requires travel to client sites and offers a salary range of $64,700 to $120,400, with additional performance-based incentives and benefits.
