Job Description:
Join the team behind one of the UK’s most recognised entertainment brands.
We're looking for a passionate, highly organised Client Leadership Associate Director to lead our partnership with Merlin Entertainments, home to some of the nation's most iconic attractions including LEGOLAND®, Alton Towers Resort, Chessington World of Adventures and the London Eye.
This is an exciting point in Merlin's journey. With major new attractions, experiences and brand developments on the horizon, you'll play a key role in shaping how millions of people discover, experience and connect with these much-loved destinations. From globally recognised partnerships including LEGO®, PAW Patrol™ and Shrek™, to innovative media and communications strategies, no two days are the same.
As part of our Client Leadership team, you'll sit at the heart of the agency, building strong client relationships and bringing together specialists across strategy, planning, investment, digital and performance to deliver integrated, commercially effective campaigns. You'll help balance long-term brand growth with ambitious business objectives, ensuring every piece of work delivers impact.
Reporting to the Business Director, you'll lead day-to-day client relationships, champion collaboration across teams and drive operational excellence across the account. You'll also manage and develop a Client Leadership Manager and Client Leadership Executive, supporting their growth while ensuring the smooth running of the business.
This is a rare opportunity to make your mark on a high-profile account at a pivotal stage in its evolution. If you're an ambitious client leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves building strong partnerships, we'd love to hear from you.
To the extent permissible by local law, Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.

We agree that talent is uniquely distributed, and we’re focused on developing inclusive teams that can bring the best solutions to everything we do. We strongly believe that celebrating what makes us different makes us better together. Join us—we look forward to getting to know you.
