About this role

JLL empowers you to shape a brighter way.

Our people at JLL are shaping the future of real estate for a better world by combining world class services, advisory and technology for our clients. We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong. Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.

Lead the finance function for one of JLL’s key client accounts, with a team spread across multiple EMEA countries. You’ll be the trusted financial partner between our operational teams and the client, and you’ll own the accuracy, control and insight behind the account’s budgets, forecasts and reporting. It’s a senior leadership role where you set direction, coach people and influence stakeholders at every level. You’ll shape how finance is delivered across the region and make a visible difference to the client relationship. Every day brings something different, and we want you to bring your ingenuity to it.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and develop a geographically dispersed finance team, setting clear goals, running performance reviews, and building succession plans and individual development plans for every role.

  • Act as the financial liaison between JLL’s operational team and the client, building strong relationships with the client’s finance managers and business units.

  • Provide strategic financial advice and set the direction for the JLL team working on the account.

  • Own budgeting, forecasting and monthly variance analysis, producing annual budgets with the JLL team and the client’s finance team.

  • Deliver accurate, timely reporting to management and the client, including balance sheet, P&L, cash flow and account profitability.

  • Maintain robust financial controls, including cash and balance sheet reconciliations, SOX compliance and audit-ready accounting.

  • Safeguard data integrity across systems in the region, and develop and maintain the policies, procedures and guidelines for payables and receivables.

  • Oversee invoice processing and payment, including landlord rent, and the timely invoicing and receivables monitoring of JLL invoices.

  • Support the client with inter-departmental cross-charging, and coordinate and track cost-saving initiatives across the region.

  • Continuously improve the efficiency of finance processes, and make sure the team is well trained on the financial systems.

  • What We’re Looking For

  • A university degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics (or equivalent), plus a recognised professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA.

  • Experience working with international teams and clients, ideally across EMEA.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire a dynamic team directly and to influence stakeholders without formal authority.

  • A genuine customer-service orientation and a collaborative, solution-focused mindset.

  • Financial competence at both strategic and detailed levels, with sound judgement and a results-driven approach to decisions.

  • Strong planning and management skills, and the ability to deliver to tight deadlines.

  • A positive, flexible and self-driven attitude, with a passion for developing others.

  • Excellent IT skills, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.

  • What You Can Expect From Us

  • Competitive rewards and benefits: a permanent contract after the probationary period, private healthcare, a cafeteria benefits system, life insurance and an employee assistance programme.

  • Flexible working: a hybrid model from our premium Warsaw Spire workspace, with state-of-the-art facilities and metro access.

  • A remote option is available only from within Poland.

  • Career development and growth: structured development programmes (80% of our employees take part), AI upskilling and professional training.

  • Stability and recognition: 78% of our employees recommend JLL, and we are recognised as one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies.

  • An inclusive, supportive culture: a strong commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, backed by multiple employee resource groups and initiatives.

  • A global perspective: 60 nationalities and 40 languages across our teams, with plenty of opportunity for cultural exchange and collaboration.
