Aufgaben
- Leadership: Tiefes Verständnis des Kunden, seiner Ziele und Herausforderungen entwickeln; Account Teams führen und die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Vertrieb, Delivery und Management fördern.
- Client Relationship Management: Aufbau und strategische Weiterentwicklung belastbarer Beziehungen auf C-Level und zu relevanten Stakeholdern mit Fokus auf Wachstum und Geschäftsausbau.
- Accountability: Verantwortung für den gesamten Account-Lebenszyklus – von der vertrieblichen Entwicklung über die Servicebereitstellung bis zur Umsetzung der Projekte.
- Strategisches Wachstum & Business Development: Entwickeln und Umsetzen von Account-Plänen und Wachstumsstrategien; aktive Identifikation und Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten innerhalb bestehender Kundenaccounts in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Vertriebsteams.
