Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end relationships with assigned accounts, identifying key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
- Lead account planning and business reviews, coordinating internal resources to align on strategic priorities and growth opportunities.
- Facilitate client-facing and internal sales meetings, ensuring effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Partner with Industry Executives and cross-functional teams to drive adoption of new products and expand client solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for customers by understanding their business, identifying usage gaps, and driving retention and expansion initiatives.
Required Knowledge and Experiences
- 3+ years of sales experience within financial services, with a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
