About this role

About the Role Valce Talent Solutions is seeking a Client Engineering professional to support end-user desktop environments as part of a client TechMahindra engagement. This fully remote role focuses on validating functionality, testing migrations, and keeping end users productive across NDS.Next desktops and related tools. What You'll Do

  • Validate end-user functionality on NDS.Next desktops (M365 suite, firmwide common applications such as digital assistant tools, internal app store, web applications, and line-of-business tools)
  • Perform application testing, defect reproduction, and regression testing before and after migration
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows, applications, and desktop environment configurations; issues will be routed by the helpdesk team
  • Write clear user updates and technical notes; manage expectations and drive closure
  • Provide structured reporting on assigned workload (status, risks, blockers)
  • Collaborate with support teams and clients to ensure smooth migrations and deployments What We're Looking For
  • Azure on-premises experience; moving from on-prem to Azure cloud; Windows application knowledge
  • Familiarity with Azure components like login, permissions, network, and storage
  • Experience with application testing, defect reproduction, and regression testing
  • Troubleshooting across Windows, applications, and desktop environments
  • Good communication skills; advanced English
  • Prior support experience (nice to have) Nice to Have
  • Experience with M365, internal app store, digital assistant tools
