About the Role Valce Talent Solutions is seeking a Client Engineer to support client engineering initiatives in Monterrey. This role focuses on incident and task management, scheduling, and monitoring data pipelines to ensure reliable operations for our clients and partners. What You'll Do
- Proficiency in Control-M for job scheduling and log analysis.
- Hands-on experience with FileZilla, WinSCP, and Putty for file management.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow for incident and task management.
- Basic SQL knowledge, including select queries and subqueries.
- Familiarity with DataStage for monitoring and troubleshooting data pipelines.
- Work on Saturdays & Sundays and adapt to rotational shifts as required covering CST hours.
- Advanced English required; on-site in Monterrey or Saltillo. What We're Looking For
