About the Role VALCE T@lent Solutions is seeking a Client Engineering role based in Mexico City. The position is part of our engineering consulting practice, helping technology clients in IT, software development, cybersecurity, and project management. The role focuses on partnering with clients to attract top tech talent and deliver engineering projects for our customers. What You'll Do
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and design engineering solutions for technology projects (IT, software development, cybersecurity, and project management).
- Participate in planning, refining sessions, and training; on-site visits may be required during certain weeks, including possibly the first week of assignment.
- Support client talent attraction efforts by aligning engineering capabilities with client needs and ensuring successful project delivery.
- Contribute to providing consulting services to technology companies and helping them scale their engineering efforts. What We're Looking For
- Interest or experience in consulting for technology companies in IT, software development, cybersecurity, and project management.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model from Mexico City; on-site visits may be required as defined by managers.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Based in or willing to work from Cuidad de Mexico/Mexico City.
