About the Role VALCE Talent Solutions is seeking a remote Client Engineer to support Hexaware client engineering initiatives. This fully remote role is based around Guadalajara and requires flexibility to cover CST hours with weekend shifts when needed to ensure service delivery. What You'll Do
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines using DataStage.
- Schedule jobs and analyze logs with Control-M.
- Manage file transfers with FileZilla, WinSCP, and Putty.
- Handle incidents and tasks in ServiceNow.
- Execute basic SQL queries and subqueries.
- Collaborate with client teams in English and adapt to a fully remote work environment. What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in Control-M for job scheduling and log analysis.
- Hands-on experience with FileZilla, WinSCP, and Putty for file management.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow for incident and task management.
- Basic SQL knowledge including select queries and subqueries.
- Familiarity with DataStage for monitoring and troubleshooting data pipelines.
- Advanced English.
