About the Role Valce Talent Solutions is seeking a Client Engineer to support WAN/LAN infrastructures across multiple accounts. You will be responsible for lifecycle management, quality assurance, customer communications, and technical troubleshooting, assigned to complex accounts with a wide range of features. You will collaborate with field support teams to install or fix network issues. What You'll Do
- Support WAN/LAN infrastructures for several accounts.
- Provide lifecycle management, quality assurance, customer communications, and technical troubleshooting support.
- Assigned to multiple complex accounts encompassing a wide range of technical feature sets.
- Use provided network troubleshooting tools to perform basic probing/diagnosis and route tickets to appropriate teams.
- Coordinate with field support organizations to install/fix network issues. What We're Looking For
- Works on problems of extremely complex scope requiring in-depth evaluation of IP-based networking across all aspects.
- Knowledge of LAN protocols like STP, RSTP, DTP, VTP, HSRP, VRRP.
- Knowledge of WAN protocols like EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP.
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English (CEFR B2 and above). Nice to Have
- Onsite English - intermediate.
- Portuguese: preferably.
