About the Role We are seeking a Client Engineer to support Hexaware as part of VALCE Talent Solutions' client delivery team in Monterrey. This hybrid role focuses on IT operations, application monitoring, and data pipeline troubleshooting to ensure smooth service delivery for our client. What You'll Do
- Proficiency in Control-M for job scheduling and log analysis.
- Hands-on experience with FileZilla, WinSCP, and Putty for file management.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow for incident and task management.
- Basic SQL knowledge, including select queries and subqueries.
- Familiarity with DataStage for monitoring and troubleshooting data pipelines.
- Collaborate with on-site and remote teams in Monterrey/Saltillo; adapt to rotational shifts and CST hours; weekend coverage as required. What We're Looking For
- Experience with the listed tools and skills (Control-M, FileZilla, WinSCP, Putty, ServiceNow, SQL, DataStage).
- Advanced English proficiency; ability to work on-site in Monterrey or Saltillo.
- Availability to work Saturdays & Sundays and adapt to rotational shifts covering CST hours.
- Willingness to work in Monterrey or Saltillo (on-site or hybrid).
