Job title: Client Engineer - Hybrid (Mexico City)
About the Role VALCE Talent Solutions is seeking a Client Engineer to support technology clients and help enhance their talent attraction capabilities. The role involves a hybrid work model in Ciudad de Mexico, with three days in the office and occasional on-site sessions for planning, refining, or training. In the future, clients may decide to be 100% onsite.
What You'll Do
- Support clients in IT, software development, cybersecurity, and project management to attract and retain top technology talent.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to plan, refine sessions, and deliver talent solutions in a hybrid environment.
- Participate in client engagements to understand needs and translate them into effective talent strategies and delivery.

- Ingles intermedio-Avanzado
- Hybrid work arrangement in Ciudad de Mexico; on-site may be required by managers for planning, refining sessions, or training (1st week possibly).
- Interés en servicios de consultoría para empresas de tecnología y perfiles tecnológicos.
