About the Role Valce Talent Solutions seeks a skilled IT professional to support Active Directory Domain Administration and identity lifecycle management. The role covers in-flight domain controller migrations, GPOs, and Tier 3 troubleshooting, with additional focus on Identity Governance using IdentityNow, SailPoint, and MIM. This is a remote position with primary hours aligned to Eastern time and on-call duties for high-severity issues. What You'll Do
- Perform Active Directory Domain Services administration, DC migrations, and GPO management
- Provide Tier 3 troubleshooting and on-call support for high-severity issues
- Manage identity lifecycle and governance using IdentityNow, SailPoint, and Microsoft Identity Management (MIM)
- Collaborate with client engineering teams and other stakeholders in a technology consulting environment
- Support IT/security initiatives and help enhance clients' talent attraction capabilities in technology profiles What We're Looking For
- Advanced English proficiency
- Strong experience with Active Directory Domain Services, GPOs, and in-flight DC migrations
- Knowledge of Identity Lifecycle tools (IdentityNow, SailPoint, MIM)
- Experience in technology consulting or client-facing roles preferred
- Ability to work during Eastern time hours and handle on-call duties Nice to Have
- Prior experience in IT consulting firms or client-facing engineering roles
