Overview
This role focuses on ensuring successful delivery for clients by coordinating operations that support client success and onboarding. You will work closely with client-facing teams to align delivery activities with client needs and internal processes, contributing to a smooth and efficient client journey while operating in a remote, Egypt-based environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate client delivery activities to support successful onboarding and ongoing client success.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely communication and issue resolution.
- Assist with implementation, technical support coordination, and product operations as needed to enable smooth client delivery.
- Monitor project timelines, track progress, and help manage scope and expectations with clients.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on delivery milestones and client requirements.
